At Dossier EU, we want you to find your perfect scent; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund. Every bottle comes with a sample vial, allowing you to test the fragrance before opening the full-size product.

Return Process

  Test Your Sample

  Upon receiving your order, use the included 2ml sample vial to experience the fragrance on your skin throughout the day.

  Initiate Your Return

  If the scent isn't right for you, visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the unopened full-size bottle in its original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
